Welcome! These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern Your access to and use of the Art-Eyed website and online community for the learners (“Art-Eyed”). By accessing and using Art-Eyed, You agree to comply with these Terms. You may not access and use Art-Eyed if You do not agree to the version of the Terms posted at the time You access Art-Eyed. The terms "We", "Us" and "Our" refer to ARTHITT PTE. LTD, a company doing business as Art-Eyed.
1. Eligibility

You retain ownership of artwork you create during the courses, but by submitting or sharing content on our platform, you grant us permission to showcase your work (with credit) for promotional or educational purposes.

- Use respectful and constructive language in forums or live sessions.
- Avoid sharing or posting offensive, inappropriate, or infringing content.
- Refrain from unauthorized redistribution of any content or login credentials.
Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Payments and Refunds
Access to the courses or features may require payment. All fees are clearly listed, and by purchasing, you agree to our pricing. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to change course pricing with notice.
